Shawn Merrihew is the founder of Barbercita, the first booking platform built specifically to give barbers full ownership of their brand. A barber himself, Shawn launched Barbercita after seeing how mainstream apps buried barbers in directories and limited their freedom. With Barbercita, Shawn empowers barbershops to run their own custom apps, keep more of their earnings, and build real client loyalty—on their terms.
I created Barbercita beacuse ALL the other booking platforms are/ will be from people who have never cut a single piece of hair in their life. Even if they have they didn't literally develop it. I did.
